Individual Personal Training
Get away from the crowded gyms, never wait for equipment you want and have every detail of your training tailor made to suit your needs. Get 1 on 1 personalized workouts, where every training session is designed specifically for you, so if you have goals you want to achieve, injuries to be worked on or perhaps you just like having that all round personal experience away from other people, then Individual Personal Training is the one for you. These are 1 hour training sessions that will be full of constantly varied workouts so you never know what to expect come your next session. By changing the workout every single time keeps your body guessing and your mind from ever getting bored.    
Group Training
Team up with friends and family and try out Group Training to work together, motivate each other and turn working out into a social event. Getting to the gym can be the hardest part, so having a partner or two might help give you that extra push out the door and into training. Group Training has the added benefit of splitting the cost between the group so is a cheaper option than training individually!
(Group size can be up to five people. 1 hour sessions)
In Home Training
If you do not want to travel to the studio then let The English Guy will come to you. Have your training sessions inside the comfort of your own home. Simple, effective 60 minute workouts where you can lose weight, tone up and feel amazing without even having to step outside the front door.
