1. Deck of Cards:
With a deck of playing cards, shuffle them all up, keep them face down and go through the deck one at a time. The exercise order is the luck of the draw.
Hearts = Burpees
Spades = Pushups
Clubs = Squats
Diamonds = Situps
2-10 = The value of the card is the number you do
Jack = 11
Queen = 12
King = 13
Ace = 15
Jokers = 30 Jumping Jacks
You pick a card. It's Queen of Diamonds. Therefore you do 12 Situps.
You pick the next card. It's the Six of Hearts. Therefore you do 6 Burpees.
And you continue until the whole deck is complete.
2. Thanksgiving Workout:
11rounds. 23seconds ON. 17seconds OFF
Pick three exercises:
Pushups with shoulder taps
Once you have selected your three exercises. Perform the exercise as fast as you can for 23 seconds, then rest for 17 seconds before starting the next exercise. Always work for 23seconds, always rest for 17 seconds and complete 11 rounds in total. This workout takes 7:03minutes.

20seconds ON / 10seconds OFF x8rounds - PER EXERCISE - this workout is 4minutes long
Choose a degree of difficulty and do each one for 20 seconds, with a 10 second rest between and do each exercise for 8 rounds.

Pro - Jumping Lizard Pushups
Easy - Chair Squats (sitdown, standup from a chair)
Medium - Regular Squats
Hard - Jump Squats
Pro - Weighted Jump Squats (SAFELY! Hold a weight while doing jump squats)
Easy - Couch Situps (lie flat on your couch, sit back upright)
Medium - Regular Situps
Hard - Flutter Kicks
