8x Lizard Pushups (staggered hands. One forward, one back)
6x Narrow Push-ups (thumbs close enough to touch each other)
4x Jump Push-ups (explode off the floor about an inch or more)
3. Mega Midline...
30x Leg Raise
45secs Side Plank (45 secs EACH side)
30x Toe Touching Situps
30secs V-Sit Hold (balance on your butt with your legs up)
30x Reverse Crunch to shoulder (bring knees up toward the shoulder, alternate sides)
